2. Funnel Design and Custom Landing Pages

  • Revision Policy: Clients are entitled to two rounds of revisions during the design phase. Any additional revisions may incur extra fees.
  • Refund Eligibility: If the final funnel or landing page design does not meet the specifications outlined in the project proposal, clients may request a partial refund based on the work completed.
  • Return Policy: Returns are not accepted after the funnel has gone live.

3. Mobile & Web Apps Design

  • Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required before project commencement to cover initial planning and design efforts.
  • Completion Dispute: If the final product does not align with the agreed-upon specifications, clients may be eligible for a partial refund after discussion.

4. Digital Marketing Services

  • Trial Period: New clients may opt for a 7-day trial period for digital marketing services. If you are not satisfied during this period, you can cancel the service for a full refund.
  • Post-Trial Cancellation: After the trial period, cancellations will not lead to refunds, but services will cease at the end of the billing cycle.
  • Return Policy: Services that have been initiated cannot be returned

5. Social Media Management

  • Trial Period: New clients may opt for a 7-day trial period. If you are dissatisfied during this time, you can cancel the service and receive a full refund.
  • Post-Trial Cancellation: After the trial period, cancellations will not result in refunds, but we will cease services at the end of the billing cycle.

6. eCommerce Website Development

  • Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required before project commencement. This deposit covers initial planning and design work.
  • Completion Dispute: If the final product does not align with the project brief, clients may be eligible for a partial refund after discussions.

7. Design and Branding

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: Clients can request changes up to two times following the initial delivery of branding materials. Additional changes will incur a fee.
  • Refund Request: If the final branding materials do not meet specified criteria, clients must submit a refund request within 7 days of receipt.

    8. Mobile & Web Apps Design

    • Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required before project commencement to cover initial planning and design efforts
    • Refund Policy: A refund can be requested within 7 days if the mobile or web app fails to meet agreed-upon functionality.
    • Return Policy: Once the app is launched, no returns are allowed.

        9. SEO Services

          • Service Guarantee: We provide reports on SEO progress. If no measurable results are achieved within the first three months, clients may request a partial refund based on the services provided.
          • Refund Request: Clients must submit a refund request within 10 days of receiving the progress report if they are unsatisfied.

        10. SMS & Email Marketing

        • Refund Policy: If you are dissatisfied with the email marketing campaign’s execution within 7 days, a partial refund can be requested for unutilized services.
        • Return Policy: No returns on completed campaigns.

        General Terms

        • Refund requests must be made in writing and sent to our support email within the specified time frames.
